Already set in Monaco, Hong Kong (Michelin starred in 2017), Mexico, Dubai, Cannes, Mykonos and even Budapest, Beefbar – created by Riccardo Giraudi – is finally coming to Paris.
The famous steakhouse owing its success to the direct supply of the best meats in the world, cooked between grill and luxury street food, is said to open in early September 2018.
It’s within the former Fermette Marbeuf – set in the Golden Triangle – that Beefbar Paris will open.
To offer a unique place without denaturing the story of this legendary setting, Riccardo Giraudi has decided to call in architects Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet from the Humbert & Poyet agency.
Paris 8th arrondissement Beefbar will reveal a marbled meat cellar, a cocktail bar, round tables as well as soft lights.
Moving on to the content of your plates, Beefbar Paris will offer a breed menu including the best beef parts, with very precise cut and cooking. Meat-eaters will also enjoy a Limousne d’Auvergne beef matured for 60 days as well as very Parisian recipes but with a twist such as the certified Japanese Kobe beef (rillettes, ham-butter…).
We remind you that Riccardo Giraudi is the exclusive importer of certified Japanese Kobe beef since the authorization of its entrance into the European market in 2014.
Be a little bit more patient to finally discover this new and 100% meat address!
