Hong Kong gastronomy is given pride of place! Shang Palace, Shangri-La Hotel Paris Michelin restaurant is the only Cantonese gourmet restaurant in the French capital, offers a week (Sept. 17-28, 2018) around the Hong Kong cuisine. A week during which lovers of exotic dishes will discover the specialties of this Chinese administrative region thanks to a chef who came expressly on the occasion, Mok Kit Keung.
During these ten days, the chef known for his sense of produce is entrusted with making gastronomes discover all the refinement and flavors of the Hong Kong cuisine. Crispy chicken sliced with foie gras, bbq-roasted duck with flax seed, pulled chicken with jellyfishes, sautéed lobster and conch skewer with seasonal vegetables and black truffle… We’re really delighted by this selection of “noble and delicate dishes” that will undoubtedly fulfill cuisine and travel lovers’ taste buds.
A culinary journey that will wrap up beautifully with the “Trésor des trois fridandises” by Shang Palace. A way to celebrate Hong Kong and its gastronomy as well as allowing Parisians and other cuisine enthusiasts to travel without breaking the bank with plane tickets. Shall we enjoy ourselves, friends?
