A Lille restaurant dedicated 100% to duck has just arrived in Paris! Canard Street, that’s its name, has opened on September 4, 2018 in Paris very coveted 2nd arrondissement.
Behind this restaurant, we have Nicolas and Grégoire for whom duck is a true childhood memory enjoyed with the family.
Together, they decide to modernize and offer a variety of poultry by opening a restaurant dedicated to duck. It’s in 2016 they inaugurate their first address: Canard Street Wazemmes in Lille, followed in 2017 by Canard Street Béthune. Then, arrives in September 2018 the opening of their first place in the French capital.
To be enjoyed on the spot or to take away, Canard Street offers duck in all shapes especially with duck burgers such as the Burger Magret (ground duck breasts, fig confit, fresh salad, Saint-Nectaire cheese, Batchoum sauce, buns by Maison Doucet) or the Burger Confit (duck confit steak, fig confit, goat’s cheese, Batchoum sauce, buns by Maison Doucet).
On the menu too? A confit duck leg and even tartares with the Tartare French (raw knife-cut duck breast, basil, dried figs, Worcester sauce, parmesan, fleur de sel and pepper from Madagascar) without forgetting the Croustillants Magret and their Saint-Nectaire cheese hearts!
