Les Bains, true institution in Paris transformed into a luxury hotel in 2015 invites us to discover its new place of life: Roxo.
Starting from November 5, 2018, Les Bains Paris restaurant-bar welcomes patrons all nights during the week around its wonderful cocktail bar.
Behind the counter? Chef barman Eric Sablonière trained at the Night Fight, Hôtel du Grand Pigalle and the Prescription Bar.
To help him, a fine and talented team of bartenders including France cocktail champion and World Class France winner Benjamin Cousseau, Sébastien Serra, Pietro Costamagna coming straight from Italian bar and restaurant Grazie and finally, the bar second Cyril Pouvich.
No need to tell you that the merry band has created an incredible list of timeless cocktails inspired by places and divided into 4 chapters, in reference to the 4 eras of Les Bains history.
To the list of timeless cocktails, Roxo adds vintage cocktail bringing cocktails aged in barrels back into fashion.
And to accompany these beverages, Roxo has called in Brazilian chef Bruno Grossi.
After working at Bistrot d’Arsène (8th arrondissement), he joins the two-Michelin-star place in London, Marcus, then the three-Michelin-Star Guy Savoy in Paris.
His cooking style? Authentic, creative and filled with influences. “My cuisine is cosmopolitan, my wish is to share it by adapting myself to good vibes, current mood, without planning everything in advance” the chef says.
Among the dishes foodies can enjoy on Roxo menu, we have a truffled croque-monsieur, a plate of Comté cheese stuffed tapioca cromesquis as well as grilled squids, Iberian beef Cecina and tomato coulis or passion fruit-marinated mackerel and its corn espuma.
C’mon, be a little more patient before discovering Roxo!
