Tired of traditional brunches? Head to Anahi, on Saturday and Sunday mornings, to enjoy the new South American-style brunch prepared by chef Gabriele Faiella!

Fancy an original brunch, a change from the traditional scrambled eggs/avocado toast/bacon brunch? Head to Anahi to discover the new brunch with a South American twist, offered every Saturday and Sunday.

Chef Gabriele Faiella 's mouth-watering recipes are sure to please. For starters, 3 egg choices:"huevos con pico de gallo", fried eggs, manchego, Jamon du Buey de Kobe, wheat cakes and pico de gallo sauce;"huevos rancheros", fried eggs, tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, corn tortillas and"huevos benedicto", Peruvian tostadas, 2 poached eggs, guacamole, shredded beef, chimichurri hollandaise sauce.

We then continue with specialties to share made in Anahi like tacos, the famous"guacamole de la casa" or the incomparable Jamón de Buey de Kobe, cecina made from Kobe beef.

And that's not all! Meat lovers (and we're sure you'll love it if you visit Anahi) will be delighted to devour the finest meats on the menu, including the new "Chimichurri Hamburguesa", a burger with marinated and finely sliced beef fillet, smoked tomato and chimichurri sauce.

Those who prefer fish won't be outdone with octopus and sea bass ceviche and a filet of ombrine a la plancha, served with sweet potato cream, peas, fried manioc, padron and platano chips.

And to finish off on a sweet note, we'll go for the "Pan Torrijas", a French toast with banana and dulce de leche ice cream; and irresistible churros with dulce de leche cream.

We know where to find you next Saturday morning!
