Formerly known as Bar Romain, this restaurant set in Paris 9th arrondissement, a stone’s throw from the Olympia, near the stage door is part of a will “to perpetuate the tradition of Parisian bistros”. How? With a very classic but effective décor as well as dishes typical from this kind of place.
At lunchtime, it’s in a nostalgic atmosphere filled with references to the entertainment venue that we can grab a bite while at dinnertime, the restaurant is more likely to welcome passersby and spectators to turn into a warm and friendly place without any fuss. And we can even run into artists, or at least some regulars one.
Moving on to food, this “haven of tranquility” offers all kinds of tasty dishes like the Puy lentil soup served with foie gras shavings and a veal head carpaccio and its gribiche sauce, or even the pan-fried black pudding and mashed potatoes.
