Here, once enjoy a bourgeoise cuisine according to the tradition of French cuisine.

New Year’s Eve Menu

Landes duck foie gras terrine, clementine and peppers condiments
Blue lobster from Brittany America’s style
Truffled fattened-chicken “Poule au Pot” style
Soft vacherin, grated black truffle (additional €25)
Baked Alaska

As an option, you can add the wine pairing, mineral water and coffee for €100.
