A sudden craving for oysters? From December 20, 2018, you'll be able to taste them on Place de la Madeleine, in the first Parisian restaurant of Maison d'Huîtres Amélie: restaurant Amélie.

Forget everything you think you know about oysters and harvest months in -bre, Amélie restaurant, the first restaurant from Maison d'Huîtres Amélie opens its doors on December 20, 2018, and intends to show you that oysters are a year-round delicacy, with consistent quality.

It's on Place de la Madeleine that oyster lovers are invited to come and discover or rediscover Maison Amélie's classic and emblematic dishes, such as oyster ceviche, sprayed oyster or smoked oyster.

The restaurant's menu also features new dishes and flavors, such as oyster with ginger flame, soy and candied onion, or oyster with red fruit vinegar and lemon zest.
