Open in 20219 by chef Denny Imbroisi, Malro keeps on delighting people with a Mediterranean-inspired menu. Because in this restaurant set in upper Marais, the Italian chef does not only cook dishes from Italy. He gives pride of place to Mediterranean food as a whole.
First discovered in Top Chef France season 3, Denny Imbroisi is now managing restaurants Ida - a contemporary Italian gastronomy bistro set in the 15th arrondissement - Epoca and now Quindici.
Once you have come on in, you discover a very beautiful area (formerly occupied by the Beaucoup restaurant) with a first, green and modern room, then a much bigger, bright and large second room. We love the high ceiling, the huge bar and the open-plan kitchen as well as the pizza oven.
As for the menu, Denny Imbroisi serves cuisine of sharing, as well as pizzas.
As a result? One enjoys Greek, Tunisian, Italian dishes each more tantalizing than the last.
To whet your appetite, know that Malro offers as a starter, homemade hummus, shakshuka, creamy burrata from Apulia, whole roasted cauliflower, as well as tempura zucchini flowers.
