Au_Top is a mouthwatering rooftop hidding in the heart of Paris with a surprising 360° view. In this restaurant managed by Jean Philippe de la Perle, discover views on Paris rooftops while enjoying dishes with genuine flavors.

How about going up in the air? This is the ideal spot in Paris to get wonderful memories. Au_Top is a secret rooftop you can enjoy all year around and featuring an exclusive 360° panorama in the heart of Paris. A surprising address you get to by what looks like a garage door. Yes, to discover this tasty restaurant by Jean-Philippe Nikoghossian you better be adventurous.

After completing like what seemed a treasure hunt trail, going behind a trash location to discover a hidden lift, before walking along a surprising corridor, there we go, this mysterious address is taking shape. And we must say that Au_Top is aptly named for several reasons.

This great address in Paris and the views it has does not inspire us more adjectives. Who would have thought that in the heart of Paris a so-well hidden place could unveil such a fascinating panorama? It almost feels like in a garden hanging in the air. At dusk, you can enjoy the sky and its bright colors before Paris turns into the City of Lights. In the summer, you can even sunbathe, but when winter comes, the roof closes. Therefore, this place is not only for sunny days!

Moving on to food, you discover dishes giving pride of place to authentic and genuine flavors. As a starter, you can enjoy stone bass ceviche or go for a Roulé Pissala (marinated anchovies, black olive tapenade, red onion confit, parmesan and basil), a wonderful plate of oysters or even crunchy crab with horseradish, red quinoa, shallot, cucumber, cilantro and green apple jelly.

Next, for main courses, you can get an open lobster ravioli, roasted cauliflower purée, American sauce, carrots, mushrooms, shallots, thyme and lemon, fall for some cod with green asparagus, morels, shallots and yellow wine, or drool in front of the mature prime rib of beef, baby potatoes with parsley and thickened jus. Last but not least, and this is for sweet-toothed, you can wrap up the meal smoothly with some coffee entremet and four-spice cake, coffee mousse or homemade ice cream, or even some raspberry and chocolate puff pastry.

A wonderful tasting with views on the most iconic monuments in Paris!
