Spring is here, sun is out and food in our plates is starting to change. Phew, we were starting to be fed up of squashes and mushrooms!
To celebrate spring, brasserie Eugene Eugene in Puteaux has just unveiled its brand-new seasonal menu. We partly tell you about it, just to whet your appetite. Shall we begin?
Well, you can expect to discover: raw vegetable salad, quinoa, freekeh, salmon gravlax, semi-cooked foie gras, gingerbread, honey-passion fruit chutney, green asparagus, soft-boiled egg, crispy bacon and parmesan, seabream ceviche, mango, coconut and chia seeds…
Okay, let’s continue just a tiny bit: crispy cod, tartare dressing and fries, veal chop and glazed vegetables, salmon and mini seasonal vegetables, braised squid, potatoes, candied onions, or even king prawns à l’armoricaine, black rice and vegetables.
In other words, as you can get it now, a fresh and tasty menu is coming to Eugene Eugene. To be enjoyed on the covered terrace, a stone’s throw from the green garden or on a big table surrounded by your friends!
