Following a first edition in 2018 that has been a huge success, famous Hotel Eden starred chef based in Roma, Fabio Ciervo joins Relais Plaza kitchen alongside chef Philippe Marc to make you travel to Italy again!
This is how you’ll discover at 21 avenue Montaigne dishes the Italian chef serves in his restaurant “Il Giardino Ristorante”.
On the menu, for instance, you’ll have zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta and taleggio, black olives and cherry tomatoes, spaghetti with pecorino and black pepper from Madagascar scented with rose buds or even stracciatella and raw red shrimps from Sicily and alla scapece zucchinis.
You can choose between the menu of the day or à la carte, for lunch and for dinner!

This Italian week will beautifully end on Tuesday April 9, 2019 with a Dolce Vita night. In a décor reminding us of an Italian movie set from the 60’s, the chef offers you to enjoy an Italian menu especially created on the occasion. Including antipasti to share, primi and secondi piatti, then an Italian dessert imagined by World Pastry Champion and Meilleur Ouvrier de France chef Angelo Musa.
