All year long, events are taking place at the Hippodrome de Longchamp. But all over spring and summer, there are event more events. We can of course think about festivals (Solidays, Lollapalooza) as well as about the Dimanches au galop or even the July 14th’s Garden Party.
Only recently, Paris Society (Girafe, Perruche, La Clairière…) has decided to open in Longchamp a new address. Simply called ParisLongchamp, this place aims at being the new gourmet hot spot in the western part of Paris.
And thanks to its south-facing terrace, ParisLongchamp will likely attract many people this summer.
In terms of food, ParisLongchamp bets on a fresh and rather local cuisine inspired by a bistronomic and laid-back cuisine.
On the menu, we have organic asparagus from the Ferme de Langevine with Hollande sauce, sea bass carpaccio with citrus fruits and chives and even chicken from Gâtinais smoked with hay and multicolored carrots.
Sweet-toothed foodies won’t resist the strawberries served with whipped cream, coconut meringue and mascarpone cream.
If the week is all about bucolic moments, on Friday and Saturday evenings, ParisLongchamp becomes the perfect place to meet for a pre-dinner drink, the whole rhythmed by a DJ set.
As for Thursdays, the place turns into a Happy Valley with events by Petit Pré and the adrenaline of the horse races at dusk.
So, are you ready to discover ParisLongchamp?
