To enjoy a unique trip to South America, meet in Paris 2nd arrondissement to discover Tigermilk. As a reference to “Leche de tigre” a name given to the emblematic Peruvian marinade, this new restaurant will likely tickle your taste buds this spring thanks to a cuisine inspired by South-America.
Mexican, Chilean and even Peruvian flavors… Tigermilk expects to have its spot in the Sentier area in Paris with colorful dishes based on fresh and quality products, coming straight from small producers, the whole in a warm and friendly setting.
The restaurant features two different rooms including, in the first one, high tables, cocktail bar and a mezzanine. In the second one, you have a more intimate atmosphere with the huge bookcase, wicker chairs and velvet bench seats.
Once comfortably seated, you can discover the mouthwatering and inspiring menu. Let's start with six starters to choose if possible, especially the empanadas or the spicy Gua Bao Tigermilk way, without forgetting the unmissable ceviche.
As for us, we go for the incredible guacamole, the soft quesadillas and an unforgettable ceviche based on very thin slices of haddock, pomegranate, mango, cilantro, tigerleche with coconut milk to bring some smoothness. A true delight for out taste buds!

Next? The irresistible Superbowl. Behind this hearty and colorful salad, perfectly plated, we litteraly fall for this tasty mix of smooth pieces of salmon, mango avocado slices, onions and vinegar-flavored rice.
Across the table, my guest takes the Wagyu carpaccio; 100% French Wagyu beef, marinated for two weeks and a half, served with roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes.
For the rest, marinated free-range pork ribs (cooked for 5 hours), as well as the quinoa bowl with avocado, quinoa, pomegranate, edamame, young sprouts and balsamic dressing seem to have delighted the taste buds of the other patrons that night.
And to end on a sweet note, we highly adivse you the Dulce de leche cheesecake, a delicious cheesecake based on speculoos cookies and topped with the irresistible Dulce de Leche.

Or, you can have the chocolate mousse with Kampot pepper, or the maracuja tiramisu with passion fruit.
As for prices, Tigermilk bets on unbeatable rates including for instance starters from €3, dishes to enjoy between €9 and €12 and finally, desserts from €4.
To accompany these future dishes, Tigermilk will also provide several revisited classic cocktails from €6 as well as a nice selection of wines coming from independent winemakers (bottle from €12 to €21).
A piece of advice, friends, don't waste time and go to this new table in Paris 2nd arrondissement to discover the exquisite, fresh and homemade cuisine by Tigermilk. Note that this new restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
