CRAFT Le Marché Gourmand – one of the two restaurants of the 4-star hotel Hyatt Regency Chantilly providing a healthy, seasonal and gourmet cuisine – launches its Sunday’s brunch, the Brunch du Marché or Market’s Brunch.
In a green setting inspired by the countryside in the forest of the Château de Chantilly – set a 45-minute drive from Paris – this new hotel offers a quiet and relaxing moment for a weekend in the Parisian region.
CRAFT welcomes guests in an industrial setting with high ceilings dating back from its past as a factory, large glass walls and wooden and metal furniture. It also features a large and sunny terrace.
The Brunch du Marché offers several services, in different spaces, where guests can come and help themselves. It provides healthy dishes as well as very tasty dishes concocted by chef Christophe Scheller.
On the Etals du dimanche [Sunday’s stalls], you have crab pincers, razor clams, oysters, foie gras, Bellota ham by the cut, squid salad, cooked vegetables and many other savory dishes. As well as a generous range of viennoiseries, breads and other sweet treats.
Aux fourneaux du chef [At the chef’s stoves], guests can pick their warm dish (among 4 recipes) cooked live in front of them: Egg Benedict, Fish & Chips, Tartare or Avocado Crostini.
The Brunch du Marché is served with a glass of champagne, a selection of fruit juices and warm drinks.
