A new Parisian ‘bouillon’ [a cheap restaurant] has just opened in the 9th arrondissement. Its name? Bouillon 47, providing typical Parisian bouillon dishes but in a modern version!

A new Parisian bouillon has just found its spot in the landscape of Parisian bouillons. It’s Bouillon 47 in the 9th arrondissement. On the menu, a contemporary cuisine in the traditional warm bouillon atmosphere.

At the head of the place, chef Rémi Lazurowicz, a former engineer, who at 30 years old has chosen to put an end to his career to work behind the stoves.

After training at Ferrandi, then with Bruno Doucet, the chef has built a strong basic technique: mastered cooking, quality ingredients… As a result, simple and gourmet dishes are on the menu of Bouillon 47.

A warm welcome in an Art Déco style, a large table and an ancient flooring who saw many people walk here come to perfect the experience.

On the seasonal menu, a handful offerings and quality products: beef consommé with horseradish and stewed vegetables, squid salad and roasted squid, beef cheek served with fried polenta… Typical bouillon dishes we highly enjoy!

Moving on to desserts, kumquat and sage cheesecake or chocolate and praline chou bun, nougatine and chocolate sorbet marvelously close the meal.

The perfect place to grab a bite in this lively neighborhood!
