Sweet Cheese: Parisians chefs to create desserts based on cheese

Cheese available in a sweet version in June 2019, thanks to the ingenuity of 6 Parisian chefs playing along the Sweet Cheese operation!

Cheese, it tastes good with a glass of wine or a piece of bread, but you can also eat it for dessert. To make people in Paris discover all the sweet possibilities you can have with cheese, CNIEL (Les Produits Laitiers – Dairy Products) experimental label Oh My Milk is launching this June 2019 the Sweet Cheese operation.

In Paris, six chefs from different backgrounds will be playing along the Sweet Cheese operation and have created a unique sweet recipe based on cheese, all you need to shake traditions up and play with everything you love!

June 4, 2019 at Shangri-La Shang Palace where Michelin-starred chef Samuel Lee Sum has created a “Boule moelleuse normande” (€12), also available in the tasting menu special Sweet Cheese (€138). Booking by calling +33 (0)1 53 67 19 92.
