Maddy's 1906 is the name of a new Californian bistro that has just opened on the Grands Boulevards. A place for bowls, burgers, cheesecakes and milkshakes.

Do you prefer a burger or a diet bowl? Freakshake or fresh fruit? Coffee or detox juice? At Maddy's 1906, the latest creation from Jonathan Jablonski, already at the helm of Factory & Co, you'll find a bit of everything.

Part bistro, part coffee shop, Maddy's 1906 offers typically American recipes, prepared with French ingredients, for breakfast, dinner and after-work drinks.

On the menu are Californian Muscle Bowls and Fresh Bowls, as well as burgers, of course, made with artisanal gluten-free bread baked in the workshop, locally-raised meat and homemade sauces. They're served with home fries with thyme, sweet potato fries or Californian coleslaw. A veggie burger is also available!

On the sweet side, we turn to cheesecakes or, for those with a sweet tooth, freshcakes, a milkshake version of cheesecake, topped with a host of toppings and coulis. It's dripping and we dare you to go all the way.

In short, food made in the USA that's sure to please gangs of friends before a night out at the Rex Club!
