From May 4 to December 31, 2019, Perchoir Ménilmontant expects to delight our taste buds with the opening of a tasty and temporary concept. Called Tontine, this family restaurant looking like a canteen has been designed by Phamily First. Behind this office, we have Julien Pham also running the Galeries Lafayette Champs Elysées Food Court.
For Tontine, he teams up with his sister, Céline Pham – who worked with cheZaline, Saturne and even Septime. Céline Pham will soon welcome several talented chefs – famous or emerging, from here or elsewhere – who will concoct delicious dishes.
In the meantime, Céline Pham will go behind the stoves for three months in order to serve her famous “bánh mì en croûte”, a Phamily creation in partnership with famous Parisian butcher’s shop La Maison Vérot.
For the rest, you also have the spicy sauce “Poire de Feu” by The Social Food. To enjoy the whole, have a beer, “Le Fût First” by Deck & Donohue and wine “Châton Grosbijou” created by Auvergne winemaker Patrick Bouju.
To taste Tontine wonderful dishes, head to the 6th floor of the 14 rue Crespin du Gast in Paris 11th arrondissement from May 4 to December 31, 2019.
