Roch Hôtel & Spa unveils its brand-new barbecue offer for summer 2019. Here’s to fans! On Fridays and Saturday lunches starting June 7, 2019 the hotel invites you on its beautiful terrace to have lunch and enjoy the BBQ Fever!
Chef Rémy Bérerd has planned a lot of good things for the spring-summer 2019 menu of Roch Hôtel& Spa. As a starter (€12), it will be rice salad, burnt corn vinaigrette, collector’s tomato with tarragon oil and mozzarella, collector’s tomato gazpacho, olive oil toast, melon de Lectour w 12-month cured ham and Pouliot mint-marinated cucumber x feta Limnos.
Moving on to main courses (€22), we hesitate a long time between the BBQ pork ribs, the smoked paprika grilled chicken, the Teriyaki marinated beef flank steak and the grilled seabream with herb butter; served with root vegetable chips and grilled vegetables (according to delivery), horseradish mayonnaise and of course the classic homemade BBQ sauce.
And we haven’t yet told you about the oh-so delicious meats that are even more delicious once grilled on the barbecue: Normandy cured prime rib of beef for 2 (€42/person), Australian Black Angus Tomahawk for 4 (€46/person), the whole sea bass for 2 (€38/person) and the grilled squid with candied lemon juice (€30).
