Roch Hôtel & Spa announces the reopening of their terrace starting from May 19, 2021.
A terrace where, this summer, one can enjoy barbecued dishes concocted by Chef Rémy Bérerd.
This Summer 2021, Roch Hôtel & Spa chef gets out of his kitchen and comes to cook on the terrace his summer-inspired dishes before patrons' eyes.
A summer menu focusing on barbecue thanks to which he smokes and grills seasonal food.
Therefore, for this spring/summer 2021 season, Bérerd serves a lunch set menu as well as à la carte dishes.
Recipes focused on barbecue (but not only), including braised king shrims, barbecued squid, grilled meat, as well as poultry breast crusted in spices - to only name these dishes.
This summer, Roch Hôtel & Spa terrace is adorned with lavender and olive trees.
Well-hidden (it is located in the heart of the hotel, invisible from the street), it only houses a few tables sheltered by parasols.
Roch Hôtel & Spa terrace opens for lunch. And then, it is turned into a bar providing cocktails as well as wines selected by female sommelier Céline Dalbin. To pair these drinks, Bérerd serves several small dishes to share.
