After last summer's barbecue, for this year's summer terrace, Roch Hôtel & Spa has decided to shine a light on Southern cuisine. This confidential summer terrace opens from May 17, 2022, and shines a light on cuisine from the Mediterranean, the Aegean Sea and the Atlantic.

Open for lunch throughout the week, this summer 2022 terrace insired by the south unveils all its secrets in the evening for a pre-dinner drink and dinner. Furthermore, this year, chef Rémy Bérerd has come up with a menu with wine and coctail pairing for the aperitif, coming with 6 destinations between France, Spain, Italy and Greece: Antiparos, Porto-Vecchio, Formentera, Ischia, Cap-Ferret and Ramatuelle.
