For Bastille Day firework show on July 14, 2019, Alain Ducasse proposes an exceptional cruise aboard Ducasse sur Seine. On the occasion, Francis Fauvel came up with a menu including lobster, duck foie gras, line-caught seabass loin and beef fillet served along with wonderful wines to enjoy while (re)discovering Paris before attending the fireworks of the Eiffel Tower on the first row.

If you’re looking for an exceptional dinner for Bastille Day in Paris, starred chef Alain Ducasse proposes a cruise around the magnificent monuments in Paris. On the occasion, the 100% glassed boat put on a great spread with a menu worthy of this day created by chef Francis Fauvel.

Starting from 8 p.m., the electric boat leaves without a sound to admire Paris from the Seine in a sophisticated atmosphere worthy of Ducasse’s greatest tables.

€450, €600 including wine pairing

Courgette royale, summer truffle
Chilled lobster, heritage tomatoes and coral vinaigrette
Duck foie gras and camus artichoke pithiviers
Back of line-caught sea bass, lettuce and caviar
Seared fillet of beef, Périgueux sauce
Red berry and saffron sorbet
Paris vanilla delight, crispy almond

Then at 10:30 p.m., the cruise will stop a few meters from the Eiffel Tower to attend Paris legendary fireworks . You can then climb to Ducasse sur Seine rooftop to enjoy the show.
