Running the kitchen, former Michelin-starred Lutetia chef Philippe Renard who decided, for summer days, to treat gourmets from breakfast to aperitif without forgetting lunch and an afternoon snack.
For lunch, the chef serves a Déjeuner Futé set menu (€21; main course + wine + coffee) and the Déjeuner du Renard menu (€35; main course + dessert + wine + coffee), as well as dishes à la carte, cooked with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
For instance, the menu displays at the moment veal tartare with truffle and hazelnut oil, cod fillet from Northern Atlantic cooked à la plancha or mesclun salad with multicolor tomatoes and pistou.
For a snack (or breakfast), enjoy some crepes, waffles, ice creams and sorbets, as well as pastries such as the craquelin cream puff with passion and mango cream, or the hibiscus green tea granita with gariguette strawberries and crispy pink pralines.
Last but not least, on Sundays, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., run to La Table du Luxembourg for a buffet brunch serving over 50 dishes: cold and warm starters, cold cuts, sit-down warm dishes, fresh cheeses and sweet treats.
