New very French table with raw and well-sourced products, Brasserie Bellanger adds a string to its bow: a brunch to enjoy on Sundays.
Sat on the large sunny terrace, at a beautiful table or at the kitchen counter, now enjoy on weekends a delicious PDO black poultry from Burgundy soaked in butter, poultry jus and served with French fries, Benedict eggs with homemade muffins and a double dose of Bourbonnais grilled pork belly, or even the major dishes of the menu such as the fish of the day and the seasonal veggie salad.
For the record, at Brasserie Bellanger – open since April 2019 – Victor and Charly aim at giving French traditional dishes their former glory back with directly sourced, fresh and 100% products.
Let’s enjoy a Bourguignon parmentier, sausage and mashed potatoes or Salers beef, the whole in a cozy and warm atmosphere inspired by the greatest and typically French brasseries. Here, sustainable farming and sustainable fishing are promoted with a smile!
