For over a year now, L’Abattoir Végétal has been treating Paris 18th arrondissement locals (and others) well! Created by Ava Farhang and set in a former butcher’s shop in Paris 18th arrondissement, this coffee shop provides colorful plates and tasty drinks.
Big news for left bank inhabitants, L’Abattoir Végétal is coming very soon near you. In September, L’Abattoir Végétal – La Table will indeed open, a stone’s throw from the Marché Saint-Germain. Open from noon to midnight non-stop, we’re sure this second table will delight many taste buds.
Covering two stories, La Table will serve plant on plates as well as in your glasses with vegan cocktails! On the short menu, plant-based drinks, herbal teas and vegan pastries for an afternoon break.
For lunch or dinner, the offer is available as small green plates to share (or not!): Kaho Pad sapparot (Thai fried rice with pineapple), Baba Ganoush (eggplant caviar, pomegranate and lemon), Pita bread stuffed with roasted sweet potatoes, raw vegetables, pistachios and plant-based yogurt… How mouthwatering!
As for cocktails, we’ll be very happy with Goji bay Spritz and lychee or the Frida based on Tequila, pineapple, cilantro, lime, agave and chipotle.
In other words, a table we’re looking forward to trying in September!
