After working at Hugo Desnoyer’s and Lucas Carton’s, Yann Rouvière – a good product lover – opens his new restaurant in La Défense, Galéo Tartares, where tartare is king! Meat, fish, vegetables, this iconic dish is available in several versions to please all taste buds.
Every meat is selected by star butcher Hugo Desnoyer and products are exclusively organic and coming from small producers thoroughly selected by Yann and his partner Elise. Based on beef, milk-fed veal, fish or even vegetables, tartare can be enjoyed on site, at home or on the terrace all year long, and for the after work, as a tapas version!
Named best tartare in 2014 when he worked at Table d’Hugo Desnoyer, Yann Rouvière wanted to promote quality products, masterfully cut and served with homemade fries and seasonal vegetables.
A warm restaurant where metal and wood meet to give an industrial charm to the place where it feels good to meet with friends, couple or even solo to enjoy skillfully worked products.
