After Le Perchoir Ménilontant, Le Perchoir Marais, Le Perchoir Gare de l’Est and the Pavillon Puebla, Le Perchoir presents its newest creation: Le Dôme.
New trendy spot of the group, Le Dôme has settled in the heart of the Marais neighborhood, more exactly within the former auction’s room of Mont de Piété.
For this new place, Le Perchoir team has come up with a new offer, inspired by the other sports, with festive dinners, cocktail bar and brunches on Sundays.
Here, no incredible views on the capital rooftops, but a unique place with a chic and trendy décor. As for cocktails, Le Dôme expects to please your palates with a nice selection of 12 creations.
To accompany them, Le Dôme has called in a dream duo: chef Marc Gaviard – trained at Cordon Bleu, London – and pastry chef Jérémy Claudepierre.
Together, they provide a modern menu mixing Spanish inspirations and a few traditional Asian gastronomy touches. On the menu of Le Dôme, we have Nikkei salmon ceviche with avocado and lime, truffle pizzette. For sweet-toothed patrons, discover the beautiful and colorful plate with meringue and seasonal fruits.
