To enjoy a nice brunch with flavors from elsewhere, let’s meet from September 29 to December 1, 2019 at hôtel Grand Amour. The hotel set in Paris 10th arrondissement entrusts the helm of the brunch to a chef coming straight from California: young chef David Hoover.
After working at Café Patachou, a restaurant renown for its brunch in Indiana – belonging to his mother – and bakery Tartine in San Francisco; also running two restaurants, Crispy Bird and Bar Onefourteen, David Hoover brings a bit of his American know-how and recipes to Paris.
