We already told you about Divine, the cocktail bar set rue d’Hauteville by Nicolas Munoz, already running Bisou. But we didn’t tell you about the brunch! On Sundays, from noon to 4 p.m., it’s the best moment to get your share of dishes as regressive as hearty, along with a nice cup of coffee!
For its new brunch, Divine put on a great spread. First, let’s speak about the savory part. Let’s have some chicken & waffles, vegetarian croque-madame, chilaquiles, poached eggs with hash-brown and crispy bacon, or the gravlax salmon toast with eggs and sauce hollandaise.
Moving on to sweet dishes, we try the funnel cake, a cooked donut batter served with homemade ricotta ice cream and bananas, pancakes with seasonal fruits and whipped cream, caramel and red berry waffle or even the sweet ricotta, honey and roasted fig toast.
And to wash it all down, we of course have one of the delicious cocktails since it’s the house’s specialties, with a list exclusively devoted to the brunch: bloody mary, michelada, carrot mimosa or divine paloma based on tequila, absinthe and dill syrup… and for those who need to cure their hangover with caffeine, no problem, the selection of coffee comes from the brûlerie de Belleville and tea is a blend selected by the house.
