From October to December 2019, restaurant Benoît by Alain Ducasse proposes foodies to enjoy a retrospective of traditional French dishes.

Calling all traditional French cuisine fans! Head to Alain Ducasse’s restaurant Benoit, to discover month after month a genuine French gastronomy retrospective until December 2019.

Open in Paris in 1912, restaurant Benoît is one of the first genuine Parisian bistros. Set not far from the City Hall, Centre Pompidou and Tour Saint-Jacques, Benoît has been inviting foodies in town since the early 20th century.

To pay tribute to the gourmet past of the institution, Alain Ducasse and chef Fabienne Eymard chose to provide patrons with a retrospective of cult dishes served at Benoit.

In October, Fabienne Eymard cooks Fall vegetables and fruits and serves them with strong meats. While for the last two months of the year, the chef updates traditionally festive dishes!

These three traditional recipes can be enjoyed from October to December 2019:

  • In October: roasted wood pigeon, seasonal fruits and vegetables (€46)
  • In November: beef tournedos Rossini’s style (€62)
  • In December: small warm veal’s kidney cake and truffled duck (€48)

If that doesn’t make you drool, I don’t know what will… Let’s meet there, then, shall we?
