Since the opening in Spring 2019 in the Charonne neighborhood, les Cuves de Fauve have been entertaining curious people with their 16 draft beers including some being brewed on site. The address, between a bar and a micro brasserie, is now providing you with a new brunch to enjoy on Saturdays and Sundays.
The brunch Fall menu includes brunch classics: soft-boiled or scrambled eggs, Benedict Eggs, Prince de Paris ham, hollandaise sauce, toasted brioche (€12), avocado toast, lime, pomegranate, pine nut, fresh herbs (€9) for healthy dish fans.
But this brunch also unveils gourmand and hearty dishes: Mac & cheese, Prince de Paris ham (€13.50), Croque-Monsieur with 18-month Comté cheese (€12), burger with minced beef from France, 18-month Comté cheese, smoked and grilled bacon, beer-stewed onions (€15).
Dishes that are perfect to enjoy winter in great shape! We enjoy them along with pan-fried mushrooms, French fries with herbs or miso-roasted carrots!
Moving on to sweet, Les Cuves de Fauve get the comfort food menu out with brioche French toast based on Babka provided by their neighbors, The French Bastards (€8.50), Banana bread (€6.50), homemade carrot cake and the unmissable pancakes with figs and prunes for a Fall touch (€11.50).
