With its contemporary design and soft lights, Moom Mam invites us to enjoy the richness of the Thai gastronomy in a warm and cozy place. Open on rue Mogador, Moom Mam revisits timeless classics of the Thai cuisine and elevates them: crazy Pad Thai, Goong Ob Maprao with shrimps and green curry served in a coconut, green papaya salad with crispy tartlets filled with shrimp flesh, chicken or vegetables or Pla Goong, a local version of the traditional ceviche.
The menu revolves around warm and cold tapas to share, a lunch set menu with dishes making your taste buds travel. For dinner, the 6-course discovery menu is available, and we couldn’t recommend it enough! In case you’re feeling peckish in the day, the restaurant provides its “must” non-stop and for dinner, a tapas and cocktail set menu is available as an after-work party.
Because the other forte of Moom Mam is cocktails. Perfectly mastered behind a super design bar lined with Asian whisky, sake and champagne, cocktails are homemade and inspired by mixology classics. Mao Thai, a version of the famous Mai Tai, Mekhong Sour with whisky Mekhong, coconut milk and honey or Siam Paradise, they will make you fall in love with them. And if you’re more into beer, order the Singha, one of the oldest Thai beers.
On the terrace on sunny days, or comfortably seated on your seat, the design setting is an invitation to relaxation and travel for the taste buds… Rumor has it that the restaurant will serve a brunch soon on Sundays… I’m just saying…
