From January 6 to 11, 2020, restaurant Eugène Eugène organizes – for the first time – a detox week, just to start this new year off right after the excess of the Holidays.

What a good idea! Eugène Eugène in Puteaux sets up, from January 6 to 11, 2020, its detox week with a menu excellent for your health, specially concocted to help us get rid of toxins amassed during the Holidays.

We know it, in January, it’s all about making up good resolutions for the new year. This year, Eugène Eugène helps us on the dietetic level with its detox week enables us to treat ourselves while eating at the restaurant with detox dishes created by Chef Jérémy Mathieu.

Detox week at Eugène Eugène:

  • Detox soup: vegetable broth, pearl barley, winter squash, leek, ginger and black radish, cilantro, sesame oil.
  • Salmon Sashimi and apple: quinoa-fried salmon sashimi, raw Granny Smith apple, lime zest, orange and 0% yogurt sauce
  • Steamed poultry supreme: poultry supreme, lemon and lime zests, turmeric, cooked sous-vide, Romanesco cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower sommitées, garlic broth without fat
  • Bamboo cod basket: fatless cod, spinach sprouts, chickpeas, grapefruit, cashews, walnut oil, balsamic
  • Plate of fruits and granola: black fruits, banana, kiwi, oat flakes, almonds, lemon and poppy seeds, 0% fromage blanc
  • Clementine and honey salad: clementines, honey, mint, almonds, coconut Mikado

And to pair these dishes, bartender chef Jonathan Rouchedi has created the “Green Day” cocktail based on homemade celery syrup, cucumber water with cardamom, apple juice, fresh basil.
