What a good idea! Eugène Eugène in Puteaux sets up, from January 6 to 11, 2020, its detox week with a menu excellent for your health, specially concocted to help us get rid of toxins amassed during the Holidays.
We know it, in January, it’s all about making up good resolutions for the new year. This year, Eugène Eugène helps us on the dietetic level with its detox week enables us to treat ourselves while eating at the restaurant with detox dishes created by Chef Jérémy Mathieu.

And to pair these dishes, bartender chef Jonathan Rouchedi has created the “Green Day” cocktail based on homemade celery syrup, cucumber water with cardamom, apple juice, fresh basil.
