At the Brasserie Champeaux by Ducasse, no set menu for New Year’s Eve, but a wonderful menu with festive dishes to satisfy every appetite. Facing the jardin Nelson Mandela and the Bourse du Commerce, the 180-seat restaurant remains open for the Holidays and expects us to Tuesday December 31, 2019.
On the menu, winter vegetable salad, truffle vinaigrette, Scottish smoked salmon, confit duck foie gras, dry fruits, toasted bread, as well as golden scallops, smooth squash and oxalis, beef fillet, potato and sunchoke cake, Périgueux sauce or even root vegetable and quinoa pot, top condiment for vegetable fans.
After these flavorful dishes, gourmands can rely on the tasty chestnut-blackcurrant vacherin, some citrus fruits, chocolate from the Manufacture Ducasse soufflé or some Black Forest yule log.
If the menu isn’t that expensive, Champeaux dishes are delicious and based on the best seasonal produces. After the feast, don’t hesitate to move to the Arc de Triomphe for the free show performed at midnight.
