Chefs Denis Bellon and Julien Delhomme really enjoyed working on the new plant-based brunch offer of L’Officine du Louvre. In the heart of the legendary Hôtel du Louvre, one enjoys on weekends plant-based cooking in a luxuriant atmosphere, far from the city’s hustle and bustle.
The tone is set straightaway. Plants seem to have taken over the place, from the floor to the ceiling, via the glass roof and the super bar. Once comfortably seated, Paris seems so far….
True green setting, nod to Napoleon and his exotic conquests, L’Officine du Louvre bets on plants. They have stormed the place and even the plates.
Vegetable “floralie”, scrambled eggs with wild mushrooms, gravlax salmon, lemongrass and poultry sausage… Colorful plates dance to the pace of orders.
Without forgetting sweet-toothed patrons with an assortment of fresh fruit, orange cookie, granola with Greek yogurt and the unforgettable French toast with a drizzle of salted butter caramel you’ll tell us about. Enjoy everything in peace, sipping the fresh and homemade Elixir concocted by the bartenders. Because if L’Officine du Louvre now provides a brunch it’s first and foremost a cocktail bar!
A historical and plant-lined, quiet and mouthwatering break where you can take some time for yourself in the heart of Paris. We love it.
