Friends, hôtel San Régis chef Romain Leydier expects you at Les Confidences restaurant to make you discover his new sophisticated and plant-based brunch.

Antique furniture, paintings, bargain-hunted items, precious fabrics, the perfect setting to treat yourself with friends or family, on Sundays from noon to 3 p.m.

Under the large Art Déco glass roof, or in the intimate boudoir, chef Romain Leydier offers brunch classics, revisited with a fresh twist.

Benedict-inspired soft-boiled egg, hibiscus flower-marinated salmon and passion berry emulsion; celery risotto with black truffle and sea scallops.

Enjoy with a glass of champagne Grand Cru brut, a detox juice or a cold or warm herbal tea, directly served from the fresh herb cart where you can find sage, chocolate mint, lemon thyme and rosemary.

As for pastries, it’s pastry chef Gilles Marchal who’s on them. On the occasion, he’ll provide pastries in tribute to his childhood memories: seasonal fruit tart, Bourdaloue pie, Grande Paris-Brest, Grand éclair au chocolat, soft brioche and madeleine fresh from the oven.
