Friends,San Régis hotel chef Romain Leydier is waiting to welcome you to Les Confidences restaurant for his new refined, plant-based brunch .

Antique furniture, paintings, antiques, precious fabrics: the perfect setting to indulge friends and family every Sunday from 12pm to 3pm .

Under the large Art Deco glass roof or in the more intimate boudoir, chef Romain Leydier proposes brunch classics, revisited with freshness.

Soft-boiled eggs like a Bénédictine, salmon marinated in hibiscus flower and passion berry emulsion; celery risotto with black truffle and scallops.

Accompanied by Grand Cru brut champagne, a detox juice or a hot or cold herbal infusion, served directly from the fresh herb cart featuring sage, chocolate mint, lemon thyme or rosemary.

As for pastries, pastry chef Gilles Marchal is in charge. For the occasion, he's offering pastries in homage to his childhood memories: seasonal fruit tart, Tarte Bourdaloue, Grande Paris-Brest, Grand éclair au chocolat, soft brioche and freshly baked madeleine.
