Set a stone’s throw from the Centre Pompidou, in the Marais neighborhood, one address for hot-dogs fans: Noo-York. On 46 rue des Gravilliers, we have homemade hot-dogs, bagels, milkshakes and desserts based on organic and seasonal ingredients for a soft price!

Craving a hot-dog or a bagel in the Beaubourg area? Head to 46 rue des Gravilliers for a 100% American meal. Boss Sargin provides us with different recipes, soups or salads, smoothies and milkshakes as well as some desserts, everything being homemade based on organic ingredients! One address: Noo-York!

Fresh products delivered by local bakers, butchers and greengrocers. Homemade and to order before gourmands. Seasonal, organic and craft products for the best quality you could find. Sargin and his restaurant, Noo-York, have all it takes to make a good meal.

Hot dog buns and bagels are fresh from the morning. Bagels are prepared with four different breads you can choose: plain, sesame, cheese or poppy seed. A vegetarian and a vegan recipes will delight everyone. Moving on to hot-dogs, the beef sausage is paired with cheddar, ketchup, mustard, fried onions or peppers, depending on the recipe.

Sargin provides traditional hot-dog recipes: a sausage in a long and fleshy bun, fried onions, a good splash of ketchup and mustard: simple but working, it’s delicious. For those who want to keep things interesting, the Texaco (beef, peppers, fried onions and barbecue sauce) is worth it. The restaurateur invented most of the recipes available and tries new ones depending on his mood with the bagel of the day.

Speaking of bagel: the diversity of options makes us want to come back regularly to try them all. Pastrami, salmon, chicken, tuna, avocado, tomato, cucumber… Only good ingredients! Noo-York is a street-food restaurant, okay, but a quality one. Honorable mention to the Soprano bagel as delicious hot as cold (we tried it and approved it!).

To complete the menu, go for one of the homemade soups or salads. They change every day depending on what produces Sargin is delivered from the market. In the winter, pumpkin soup, red lentil soup or soup based on other comforting vegetables warm us up. As soon as the sun is out, we move on to salads prepared in front of us.

Portions are hearty and desserts agreeably wrap up the meal. If you want to play all American, go for the homemade cookies. If you want something lighter, have a homemade fruit salad, always prepared with seasonal produces or choose the dessert of the day.

Noo-York also provides a non-stop service from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.: if you feel peckish or super hungry at 6 p.m., hot-dogs are here for you. The restaurant doesn’t provide much seats, two small tables quickly occupied by regulars. The problem is yet not very bad: hot-dogs and bagels are take-away meals. In the summer, lucky eaters can enjoy a table on the terrace, very nice to enjoy your milkshake or fresh homemade smoothie.

Bonus: Noo-York is on different meal delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eat and Just Eat. Useful to eat your favorite hot-dog even if you cannot go to rue des Gravilliers. Find Noo-York on Facebook and Instagram, and ask for the loyalty card and enjoy the 11th hot-dog or bagel for free! So, are you ready to enjoy a gustatory trip to the States?
