Young Michelin-award winning chef Julia Sedefdjian’s famous Caribbean eating bar, Bô, welcomes you on a new time slot and for a brand-new occasion: brunch! If you love this appetizing weekly moment, be ready to discover new flavors, because here, the cooking provided comes straight from the Caribbean, and this new brunch and no exception to the rule!
On Saturdays at 11:30 a.m., Bô offers you to discover authentic Caribbean cooking that is both tasty and exotic. Let’s start with a selection of viennoiseries from Boulangerie de la Tour and the traditional bread butter-homemade chocolate. A delight paying tribute to the West Indian festive tradition with thinly sliced brioche, golden and light, we dip in lukewarm milk chocolate made with homemade peanut butter. Hard to resist!
Then, enjoy some Creole dishes: avocado and shrimp salad spiced up with homemade chili jam; smoked chicken chiktay seasoned with lemon juice, garlic and sweet chili; shrimp bisque and super soft cod bread…
Last but not least, a sweet note to wrap it up with the guava and mango shortbread, passion fruit mousse, roasted pineapple and cocoa crumble; and drink it up with a hot beverage and homemade fresh fruit juice, orange or cane sugar (!).
Let’s meet there, shall we?
