This is exactly where the new and modern brasserie, Octopus, invites us to have a great time. Inside, the warm ambiance of a wooden table d’hôte for some lucky eaters so that they can enjoy a brazier menu to share in an intimate and friendly atmosphere. What else could you ask for?
The brain behind the project is restaurant Octopus, the outcome of collaboration between Maison Rostang and group Liquid Corp. set at the end of the esplanade de La Défense, the Bulle Octopus provides you with a breath of fresh air in the heart of Paris business district in the Oxygen area. Oxygen is a festive area at La Défense featuring co-working spaces, trendy spots and gourmet restaurants, enough to whet your appetite. And with this bubble on the terrace makes it an exceptional setting.
Open between 5 p.m. and 1 a.m., you can privatize the bubble for a group from 6 to 12 people. Moving on to drinks, you can choose between cocktails by the creative mixologist, Sterling Hudson, or the restaurant cellar. On the menu, enjoy the individual brazier to grill fish skewers, meats or shrimps. Always in a friendly spirit, tapas to share such as cheese fritters and grilled squid, Cecina de Buey and ever chorizo and truffled gouda cheese. As for dessert? Chocolate cake for sweet-toothed!
