The famous Guides Lebey throw their dinner party of the year on Monday September 28, 2020 at the Pavillon Gabriel. Initially planned on March 23 than postponed to May 11, this dinner is delayed to September 2020 due to the coronavirus epidemic currently spreading.
On the menu of this dinner celebrating the gastronomy excellence 2020, Signature dishes by four international top chefs among the most famous.
The lucky participating foodies will have the privilege to taste dishes created by Frédéric Anton (3-star chef at Pré Catelan in Boise de Boulogne), Guy Savoy (3-star chef at Guy Savoy restaurant at Monnaie de Paris), Raffaele Alajmo (3-star chef at Le Calande restaurant in Rubano, Italy) and Julien Alvarez (pastry chef at Erich Frechon’s 3-star restaurant Epicure at Le Bristol).

A dinner staged a magical way and paired with very great wines selected by Bettane+Desseauve and served unlimitedly. And to make this night even more perfect, it starts with the revelation of the Lebey prize list for the best culinary creations 2019 and a cocktail party. The dinner is then followed by an after with the best bartenders in Paris providing their very latest creations.
