Yi Bowl Noodle is first and foremost a restaurant specialized in Chinese noodles – but not only – that has opened on rue René Boulanger in Paris 10th arrondissement, a stone’s throw from the Place de la République.
At Yi Bowl Noodle, food is made to order, before patrons’ eyes: the kitchen is set right behind the order counter with steaming baskets and other baskets to cook noodles.
Of course, Yi Bowl Noodle served several traditional recipes of Chinese noodle soups and fried noodles – some very tasty and quite spicy – based on chicken, and for a very attractive cost.
For starters, in addition to salads, Yi Bowl Noodle mostly prepares baozis, small stuffed and steamed breads. Here, baozis are made with pork of Peking duck. The stuffing – very sophisticated, seasoned and stewed – is exquisite.
And this summer 2020, Yi Bowl Noodle managed to settle a large terrace on the median strip between rue René Boulanger and boulevard Saint-Martin. You can eat there, of course, but also play foosball, and even a giant Connect 4.
