With the arrival of chef Martin Simolka at the helm of the entire food offer of hotel Molitor, everything has been thought over.
And now, Sunday’s brunch is back to Brasserie Urbaine with a new menu created by chef Simolka.
Every Sunday, starting from 12:30 p.m. an all-you-can-eat brunch offer including a glass of champagne is served to guests including recipes changing with the seasons.
On the menu of this mouthwatering moment, an assortment of viennoiseries and breads straight from MOF Frédéric Lalos, French toast made to order (with chocolate, honey, caramel, maple syrup…), as well as chocolate mousse, floating island, rice pudding, lemon and hazelnut éclair, or even oat cookies. These pastries are all made by the hotel pastry chef, Benoît Gressent.
Moving on to savory, the brunch salad bar provides a Caesar salad with chicken, endive salad with walnut, Bleu de Gex cheese and even a green bean/poached egg/duck gizzard and smoked breast mix.
Also on the menu of this gargantuan brunch, plain egg casserole or with salmon or ham, as well as beef carpaccio, smoked salmon, pulled cod and seafood, cold cuts, aged cheeses, chicken club sandwiches, salmon wraps, roast beef and vegetables.
As for cold drinks, an assortment of fresh fruit juices and detox juices. But for hot beverages, you can choose between coffees, teas, and infusions.
All you need to have a very tasty moment with your family, perhaps, since brunch is free for children under 11 years old.
Note that on November 1, 2020, the brunch switches to Halloween mode with special recipes.
