Unstoppable and buzzing with good ideas, chef Julia Sedefdjian opens Cicéron, a vegan all-thing chickpea restaurant in Paris 5th arrondissement.

Nothing seems to be able to stop Julia Sedefdjian. After Baieta – quickly rewarded after its opening with a Michelin star – then – the Caribbean eating bar taking your taste buds on a journey – the youngest Michelin-starred chef in France is up to a new challenge in Paris, and still in the 5th arrondissement!

Julia Sedefdjian recently opened Cicéron, a restaurant-delicatessen giving pride of place to chickpea, and let us tell you we are already drooling! This is not surprising to see chickpea given pride of place in the chef’s cuisine as it is a key element of Nice cuisine (the delicious panisse fries, for instance!) since the chef is actually coming from “Nissa la bella”.

A take-out food offer naturally low or free from gluten, from starter to dessert, and a delicatessen where the chef provides her favorite products, here are the two main elements of this new highly scrumptious venue.

Among dishes available crunchy panisse, falafels, hummus, chickpea curry, shakshuka, as well as chocolate mousse and oat milk-based panna cotta for sweet-toothed foodies.

The delicatessen corner provides chickpea flours, olive oils, socca chips, and more products the young chef loves. Shall we discover the place, then?
