Bluff is the project devoted to sausage carried out by butcher’s shop-restaurant Persillé, already well-settled in two locations in Paris and Levallois-Perret. And it seems Bluff is not bluffing.

Bluff is butcher’s shop-restaurant Persillé’s Covid baby. Managed by chef Bryan, the team has worked hard in January to enhance a French gastronomy staple: Sausage!

And they did not pull any punches: stuffed cabbage, hamburger, roasted lamb… 6 super original recipes are available on their own or with a choice of side (honorable mention to the great mashed potatoes and secret ingredient!), or in a sausage bread (and we run for the chicken with lemongrass, and the crazy red curry mayonnaise…).

Everything is 100% homemade, even ketchup! And they are not joking about products, Label Rouge (Red Label) pork, free-range chicken, Label Rouge Charolais beef…

All these wonders are available on delivery via Deliveroo or straight from the dad, Persillé!

And for budding cooks, you can also order a sausage kit, including 6 raw sausages to cook at home! (Deliveroo and at www.bluffsaucisses.com).
