Open since December 31, 2020, Blossom Burgers & Beers is the latest burger spot blossoming in Paris.
This restaurant set in the 10th arrondissement of the French capital provides you with classic burgers, as well as smash burgers.
Blossom Burgers & Beers creator was inspired by the London’s conception of burger spots: a place mixing burgers, beers, and aesthetic, and here, it is all about rock’n’roll.
The outcome is a clean and very nice decor, mostly based on twisted but music-related artworks (such as Blink 182's "Enema of the state" album).
A décor and a concept you will be soon able to fully enjoy – as soon as restaurants reopen. For the time being, Blossom Burger’s menu is available on take away and delivery.
Blossom's kitchen is open, and before you even ordered, you can enjoy all the smells.
The restaurant has been allowed to set a few high tables on the sidewalk. This is so practical to eat on site, outside, and enjoy a meal that is not cold once you got home.
Blossom’s menu is short (yet effective) with 5 burger recipes. A smash, a double smash burger, a classic cheese, and a bacon cheese burger; and last but not least, a Korean veggie burger.
Blossom burgers are made of potato bun (bun based on potato starch), Aubrac breed beef meat, fresh and organic vegetables, pickles, and homemade sauce.
The veggie recipe is based on homemade patty made of pea protein, oat flour, and tomato flesh, as well as homemade kimchi and Korean mayonnaise.
The patty inside the smash burger is perfectly cooked: moist meat on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside, without being overcooked. A very hearty burger filled with runny cheese.
The burger is elegantly made and you can clearly see each leayer and each ingredient.
Fries served as a side to Blossom burgers are made of agria potatoes and are cooked twice in oil bath.
These fries are not even and have skin on, proving they are homemade. The potato bags are stocked in the restaurant, proving it is also authentic as well.
Fries are served with homemade dip, between cocktail dressing and aïoli, based on vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, and garlic.
If you have a bigger appetite, Blossom Burgers also provides with fries covered in cheddar, crunchy bacon, and spicy dip. It is hard to overcome the portion in addition to the burger.
And now, until April 10, 2021, Blossom Burger has added a 6th recipe on the menu. The Drunken Pig Burger, a burger created by chef Jarvis Scott – the cowboy boots-wearing “Top Chef France” 2021 participant.
This temporary burger is based on spice and beer-cooked pork patty, HP sauce mayonnaise, pickled mustard seeds, cheddar, herb salad.
The burger is very hearty with nice amber colored slightly bitter because of the beer. It is twisted with a bit of cilantro and parsely generously covering the bun.
Mashed potatoes drizzled in beer caramel and spicy salt are served as a side.
For now, Blossom does not provide dessert. The sweet part of the menu will be developed once the room can open to people.
But Blossom Burgers & Beers is also about beers. On the menu, over 20 beverages (white, blond, IPA, sour, stout...).
As for drinks, we have also come across sparkling CBD water.
An extra reason why you should pay a visit to Blossom.
Furthermore, this summer, Blossom Burgers takes part in the Paris Burger Week, the 100% all-thing burger event in town.
