Les Débridés, this is how Julien Burbaud (Top Chef France 2012) has called his dark kitchen. A laid-back Asian street food restaurant gathering the chef’s experience around Asia.

After Fanfan, chef Julien Burbaud France discovered in Top Chef 2012 unveils a new dark kitchen paying tribute to his trips to Asia. Les Débridés, this is the name of this new food offering in Paris available in delivery and click & collect in the 17th arrondissement, willing to break stereotypes about Chinese and overall Asian restaurants.

The new team has decided to give you a new offering revisiting Asian street food in an original and quirky way. Bold, creative, tasty products, and good food are on the menu.

We love the Wagyu Dumburi Supersaiyan based on sliced beef from Maison Metzger. It is served with fried rice, confit egg, spring onions, and a secret blend of spices.

We also go for the Dumburi Pika Pika based on crunch Label Rouge breaded poultry served with fried rice with spices or not. It is served with onsen tamago egg, a duo of caramelized spring onions.

When we tested it, the shrimp Pop Thai curry was on the menu, but note it changes regularly.

Last but not least, do not miss the exquisite Choco Bomb based on chocolate cream and chopped peanuts. It is such a bomb, obvi!
