Attention all fans of poké bowls! We've found an address that's well worth a visit. Nestled in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, Pokelife takes us on a tasty trip to Hawaii, with a menu that's vitamin-packed, healthy, varied, colorful and ultra-gourmet.

For some years now, the poké bowl concept has been established in Paris. This dish of Hawaiian origin has established itself in the eating habits of many city dwellers as if nothing had happened. It has to be said that the poké bowl appeals to the most demanding palates, thanks to its nutritional content combining proteins, raw vegetables and seeds. And that's exactly what won Najia over. The entrepreneur found in this culinary specialty everything she needed after each of her sports sessions. So, without missing a beat, she took the plunge and opened Pokelife. And it's in the capital's 11th arrondissement that Najia has chosen to set up this colorful, friendly address where healthy, fresh dishes delight the taste buds of local residents, but not only.

At Pokelife, everything is homemade and the choices are many and varied. You can opt for one of the 7 signature poké bowls. Kawai " (marinated wild red tuna, fresh mango, beets, carrots, wakame seaweed salad and sesame seeds), " Molokai " (teriyaki chicken, pineapple, avocado, tomatoes, corn, cucumber, sesame seeds and fried onions), " Maui " (marinated tofu, tomatoes, fresh mango, edamame, wakame seaweed salad, carrots, sesame seeds, fried onions) or " Oahu " (marinated salmon, fresh mango, radish, red cabbage, avocado, edamame, sesame seeds, baby soybeans, fried onions)?

We went for the " Kohala ", made with spicy honey-marinated salmon, passion fruit, edamame beans, avocado, grated carrots and a sesame blend. Fresh, gourmet and colorful!

And to sublimate this signature poké bowl, Pokelife called on a chef who imagined excellent sauces, created every day from fruit and homemade ingredients. The aim? Limit the use of highly salty and sweet industrial sauces. Our favorite is " Mango Rumbo ", made with mango, basil, lemon, olive oil and garlic. Alternatively, you might prefer the " Sweet Love " (fresh raspberries, basil, fresh lemon juice and olive oil), or the excellent " Avococo " (coconut milk, avocado, lemon and a pinch of salt); a sweet, gourmet sauce that we've just selected to accompany our second poké bowl, this one made-to-measure.

Yes, at Pokelife, you can compose your own recipe from around thirty ingredients. You choose your base (rice or salad), then your protein (salmon, tuna, tofu, chicken, shrimp). Then add fresh vegetables and fruit (5 maximum) such as avocado, radish, sunomono (pickled cucumber), pineapple, mango or pomegranate. Finish with a few toppings (sesame seeds, chia seeds, fried onions, sunflower seeds...) and don't forget to choose your homemade marinade! The result is an excellent poké bowl made with vinegared white rice, marinated salmon, bean sprouts, red cabbage, mango, wakame seaweed, danmiji (the famous Korean yellow radish), sesame seeds, squash and avocado sauce!

After all that, you'll be tempted by a little dessert, won't you? Here again, Pokelife offers a wide range of desserts, including homemade dark chocolate mousse with peanut chips, fromage blanc with chia seeds and red berries, bubbies and an excellent yuzu cheesecake, which we highly recommend.
