Dolce vita is coming to Palais de Tokyo with the opening of a new Italian trattoria, Bambini, where you can enjoy some aperitivo and Italian flavored cocktails.

Now the Musée d'Art Moderne unveiled their new restaurant, Forest, by Julien Sebbag, it is time for the Palais de Tokyo to reveal what expects our gourmet taste-buds.

And let us say that this summer 2021, Italy comes to the Palais de Tokyo with the opening of a new restaurant: Bambini. Created by Paris Society group founder Laurent de Gourcuff and Romain Taieb – to whom we already owe Piaf – this new Italian trattoria aims at being the temple for party and good food.

Enter the Palais de Tokyo to be immersed in the dolce vita, sharing some hearty Italian aperitivo to share with friends.

On the menu, arancini – the famous crunchy risotto fritters with melted cheese – mozzarella sticks, creamy burrata, Sicilian meatballs, vitello tonnato, beautiful Italian cold cuts, focaccia, fresh carpaccio, and of course, pasta and pizzas.

As many Italian classics to enjoy for lunch or dinner, or for a family brunch on a big table inside (very soon), or outside on the terrace and to pair with other classics, from Italian bars, crazy bellini, negroni, amaretto sour, and sprit made with homemade bitters and syrups.

In other words, dolce vita at the Palais de Tokyo!
