Did you know? 4-star hotel Canopy by Hilton Paris Trocadéro is adorned with a wide and elegant rooftop. A rooftop-terrace that can fit maximum 90 people, open to the hotel guests and people from outside. The asset of Canopy’s rooftop? Its views on Paris and the Eiffel Tower. This space is rather cozy fitted with deckchairs, high tables, bench seats, and sunshades. But most of all, the terrace with views from the hotel is filled with many plants.

On the menu of this rooftop open from noon to 9 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday, Chef Robin Kubarek’s cuisine. Yet, the offer served on the rooftop is different from the one served at the hotel restaurant, L’Esprit Nouveau, but just as tasty. Enjoy cold dishes, tapas to share and this year, some fabulous grilled food!

On the menu, then? Live bbq with grilled veggies, meat cuts from France, summer salads with sour hints; for aperitif, a board of cheese and cold cuts, some tatsy mozzarella with truffle focaccia, pissaladière rolls for those who like Mediterranean flavors, or a vegan dish with lettuce, baby zucchinis and grilled corn on the cob.

But for a toast, the Canopy rooftop has its very own bar serving 9 creation cocktails, such as the Balance ton Mojito (Pampero Blanco rum, lemon, mint and soda), as well as champagne, fresh fruit juices and craft beers.

For this new season, the Eylau rooftop serves an original program with design, accessory or fashion pop-ups taking place above the roofs. And on Sundays, foodies are expected between noon and 3 p.m. for the Sunday brunch (€56/person). And since the hotel is pet-friendly, dogs can also come to Canopy’s rooftop.
